But as you heard in my talk there is lots and lots that the vendors can do to make tools smarter and not just add and multiply things but apply intelligent algorithms etc. Even after that happens we (you and me and marketers and HiPPO's) will still have to shed our entrenched thinking and be willing to evolve our thinking. I think we make ourselves “dumber”, we don’t have to take what the world gives us, we can be smarter.

But as you heard in my talk there is lots and lots that the vendors can do to make tools smarter and not just add and multiply things but apply intelligent algorithms etc.

Even after that happens we (you and me and marketers and HiPPO’s) will still have to shed our entrenched thinking and be willing to evolve our thinking.
